The Vice President Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Newfoundland, Canada. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across Galloper’s exploration projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include leading operational exploration planning, optimizing processes and workflows, managing budgets and resource allocation, and coordinating project timelines with cross-functional teams. The role involves close collaboration with geology, finance, and investor relations to support drilling programs, reporting,



and operational performance. The Vice President Operations will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop and implement risk management frameworks, and mentor operational staff to support safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. Qualifications

P. Geo, Professional Geoscientist Designation is a MUST Demonstrated expertise in Major Drill Program, including process optimization and resource planning. Proven experience in P&L; Management and financial oversight. Strong background in Strategic Planning, setting operational goals, and aligning execution with corporate strategy. Advanced Project Management skills in planning, executing, and monitoring exploration or industrial projects. Experience in mining, exploration, or natural resources operations, preferably in gold or base metals. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to exploration and mining activities. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities, with a track record of building and guiding diverse teams. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant qualified designation is an asset. Ability to work on-site in Newfoundland on Glover Island and travel as required.
