About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic transformation and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational leadership, with a focus on aligning key stakeholders around a shared vision and driving the organization's long-term growth. This role demands a seasoned executive with a strong commercial and transformational leadership background, particularly within complex,

stakeholder-driven environments. The CEO will be the face of the organization, serving as its chief ambassador and storyteller, and must be adept at building trust and credibility with diverse stakeholder groups, including clients, regulators, and the board of directors.

Key responsibilities for the CEO include establishing explicit organizational priorities, ensuring disciplined execution of strategic objectives, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance short-term operational demands with long-term strategic goals. Experience in a regulated financial institution environment, particularly in treasury, payments, or adjacent financial services businesses, is essential. The CEO will also be expected to lead the organization through periods of significant change and growth, and to support the development of new growth opportunities that align with the company's core capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA or equivalent professional designations considered an asset.
