About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Investor Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director in various aspects of the business, including location management, global initiatives, project planning, and budgeting. A key aspect of the role is to ensure adherence to company and department policies and procedures, with a focus on regulatory compliance.



The Executive Director will also be involved in client integration, business development, and managing sensitive client and internal queries. Additionally, the role involves supporting product development, managing the performance of direct reports, and championing investor delivery initiatives.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with at least 10 years' of operations experience in financial services, fund administration, and asset management, including 5-10 years' in a senior leadership capacity. The role requires robust leadership, business acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have a professional and proactive approach, with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation and supporting a global operating model. Extensive experience in investor services or a related industry, as well as an understanding of the current and future technology landscape, is essential. The Executive Director will be expected to promote the company's core values and contribute to a vibrant, client-focused, and innovative work environment.
