In this full-time position, you will report to the Director of Procurement and be responsible for analyzing outstanding purchase orders and ensuring timely communication with vendors. With your knowledge of contemporary purchasing practices and effective administrative experience, you'll help maintain records and recommend improvements in procurement methods. Your role will be vital in ensuring all purchase orders are effectively documented and liquidated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate reports on issued purchase orders
• Document vendor communication regarding orders




• Analyze outstanding purchase orders continuously
• Supervise clerical personnel as needed
• Maintain procurement documentation and files
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Understanding of public procurement regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
