Translate strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring the design system enables consistent, scalable digital experiences across business units and global markets

Shape roadmap planning and prioritization by providing component-level expertise, delivery insights, and dependency management

Collaborate with Experience Design, Engineering, and platform teams to identify opportunities, manage trade-offs, and proactively address design and technical constraints that impact product delivery and adoption.

Drive the successful delivery and adoption of design system capabilities by leveraging data, stakeholder feedback, and delivery metrics to inform decisions and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

Ideally 5+ years of industry experience as a product owner or product manager, delivering digital products end to end.

Strong backlog management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing stakeholder needs

Track record of setting and meeting realistic delivery commitments in a cross-functional setting.

Working familiarity with React-based front-end development and component-driven architecture

Understanding of design systems, component libraries, design tokens, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)

Solid grasp of agile development methodologies and ceremonies.

Excellent communication skills,



with confidence partnering with Technical Leads, Designers, and senior stakeholders.

Ability to build relationships and align decisions across a large, complex, multi-region organization.

University degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
