As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen items including dishes, pots, and utensils. You'll maintain an orderly dish and kitchen area while ensuring all equipment meets safety requirements. While previous experience is preferred, it's not mandatory; your willingness to learn and be hands-on will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize all dishes and utensils
• Polish silverware using required equipment
• Maintain kitchen area and equipment cleanliness
• Wash food prep surfaces including worktables
• Remove trash and clean garbage cans
Requirements:
• Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Prior dishwashing experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with industrial machines preferred
• Physical ability to perform required duties
