We are looking for a dedicated Lumber Shipper to ensure timely and accurate shipments at our Williams Lake facility. Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll engage in daily coordination with sales and adapt to shifting conditions. Your detail-oriented mindset will contribute to productive production reporting and inventory reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate daily with sales and lumber supervisors
• Maintain accurate production and shipping records
• Enter forecasts and manage shipping software data
• Prepare shipping documents, including waybills
• Conduct month-end inventory adjustments thoroughly
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant administrative and shipping experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with JD Edwards or Oracle EBS is an asset
• Familiarity with the lumber industry is preferred
