We are seeking an Asphalt Milling Machine Operator with a proven track record in operating large milling and cold planer machines. Candidates must have 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of road construction environments. This role involves working closely with crew members to maintain safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate asphalt milling / road grinder machines safely
• Conduct depth-controlled milling according to specs
• Perform pre-trip and equipment inspections daily
• Maintain safe, clean work areas at all times
• Report equipment issues and follow safety protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of asphalt milling experience
• Proficiency with large cold planner machines
• Valid driver’s license (AZ/DZ preferred)
