Lead transformative change as the Continuous Improvement Manager at AGI in Nobleford, AB. Drive lean practices and empower leaders to achieve excellence in operations and processes.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Canadian Manufacturing and guide up to three direct reports. You will cultivate a Lean thinking culture, coaching department leaders and developing model lines through value stream analysis. Your focus will be on sustaining improvements, building lean capabilities, and fostering a daily problem-solving mindset across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Foster a Lean culture within the division • Coach leaders on value stream analysis and improvement initiatives • Train department leaders in lean methods and scientific thinking • Facilitate daily management systems and leadership standard work • Monitor and report on improvement project progress

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent • 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing • Solid problem-solving and communication skills • Team and individual work capabilities • Attention to detail in project execution
