This full-time, onsite role seeks a detail-oriented individual to create high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. You will coordinate RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs by working closely with operations and business development teams, ensuring all submissions are compelling and meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and prepare RFQs and RFPs from start to finish
• Write, edit, and proofread client-focused proposal responses
• Design proposals using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office




• Maintain proposal templates and content libraries
• Monitor procurement websites for business opportunities
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of proposal coordination experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Robust Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
