We welcome LPNs with ample mental health experience to join our compassionate team. You'll work in a transitional housing unit, providing direct care, conducting behavioral assessments, and assisting residents in developing necessary coping strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering health stability and engagement in care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver direct nursing care to residents
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications appropriately
• Support emotional regulation and crisis response




• Engage in case planning with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives regularly
Requirements:
• LPN license in Manitoba with mental health experience
• At least 2 years of related clinical experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in crisis response or shelter-based health care
• Commitment to working with marginalized populations
