As a key player in the Mechanical Services team, you will be responsible for journey-level millwright work, including maintenance of hydroelectric systems and diesel generation equipment. You’ll participate in essential safety compliance, engage in team-oriented team meetings, and train apprentices to build their skills. Your contributions will minimize service interruptions and maintain peak equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain hydro and diesel power generation equipment
• Utilize maintenance management systems effectively




• Perform inspections to meet product specifications
• Conduct fabrication tasks as needed
• Lead and mentor other trades when troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Minimum four years of journeyman experience with Red Seal Certification
• Strong technical skills reading prints and diagrams
• Experience with Kaplan and Francis turbines preferred
• Excellent diagnostic skills essential
• Willingness to travel extensively in the region
