The Production Worker follows standardized processes, maintains attention to detail, and supports consistent production output. Through teamwork and adherence to safety and quality procedures, this role helps ensure reliable products and on-time delivery to customers.

- Quality : 98% of assembled units meet quality control standards with no rework required.
- Productivity/efficiency : Consistently complete assigned assembly tasks within or ahead of standard cycle times while maintaining quality standards.
