The Ottawa Safety Council is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Coordinator. In this role, you will lead the WalkSafe pedestrian safety program, manage logistics, and spearhead promotions with community partners. Creativity and strong communication skills are essential as you develop content for various platforms and support safety campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the WalkSafe education program across Ottawa
• Assist in CrossSafe training coordination
• Develop and schedule engaging digital content




• Plan and promote public safety awareness campaigns
• Cultivate relationships with municipalities and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Communications, Education, or a related area
• 3-5 years experience in program or project coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media and digital content tools
• Robust relationship-building and organizational skills
