Job Summary

Rockport Commercial Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with site preparation, concrete placement, and finishing work on residential and/or commercial projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

- Perform layout work according to project plans and measurements
- Set and align concrete forms to proper grade and specifications
- Tie and secure rebar as required
- Set up and dismantle scaffolding
- Prepare job sites for concrete pours (grading, compacting, material staging)
- Assist with pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites




- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors

Qualifications

- Previous construction or concrete experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions year round
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and vehicle is required (Ability to provide drivers abstract)
