In your role as Assistant Manager, you will guide the Ski & Ride School operations during the 2026/2027 winter season. Your responsibilities will include supervising instruction, managing schedules, and leading administrative functions. This position requires a proactive leader dedicated to improving both guest and staff experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily Ski School instruction and curriculum
• Assist with administrative tasks like payroll and training
• Document instructor performance to provide actionable feedback




• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s is a plus
• 1-3 years of ski/snowboard instructor experience
• Certification PSIC/CASI/CSIA or equivalent is mandatory
• Flexibility to work diverse shifts, including weekends
• Fluent English communication skills are required
