Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in mental health flow discussions province-wide
• Assist in resource management for patient admissions
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in acute mental health
• 3 years in flow optimization and transition planning
• 2 years of experience using patient flow systems
• Required: Relevant post-secondary health degree
• Must be a member in positive standing of a regulatory body
