Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training needs analysis for skill gaps
• Develop solutions to learning challenges
• Collaborate on standard work practices
• Create Standard Work Instructions and Job Qualifications
• Train subject-matter experts on training materials
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in plant operations or training
• Preferred CTDP certification
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Experience with Intertek Alchemy tools is an asset
• Knowledge of learning theory and program management
