Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) is hiring a Physiotherapist. Opportunity for full time or part-time Orthopedic or Mixed Orthopedic/Pelvic Physiotherapist at our Orangeville clinic. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow, learn, and thrive.
For nearly 30 years, EPA has been physiotherapist-owned and operated, with 9 clinics across Guelph and surrounding communities. We’re proud to be a leader in evidence-based care, offering specialized services in pelvic health, pediatrics, concussion rehab, and more — often being the first to bring these specialties to our communities.

- Our clinics receive up to 250 new patients per month, ensuring you build a full schedule quickly and maintain a steady caseload.

Community & Referral Network
- We visit every doctor’s office in the city quarterly, delivering educational materials and strengthening referral relationships.
- Our team attends community events year-round, showcasing our services and building awareness of your expertise.
Specialty Training Opportunities
- Interested in concussion, pelvic health or pediatrics? We have many in-house rounds to support your learning and will fund external courses as well!
What You’ll Get as a Full-Time EPA Physiotherapist
- Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 – let us show you how! ($)
- Paid charting time (30 minutes per shift) ($)
- Vacation growth: 3 weeks at 2 years, 4 weeks at 7 years ($)

Who We’re Looking For
- Registered or Resident Physiotherapist (in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario)
- Passionate about learning, mentorship, and collaborative care
- Interested in expanding into pediatrics or pelvic health (experience not required)
