Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor client health conditions
• Evaluate and adjust care plans based on reassessment
• Maintain documentation standards as per regulations




• Participate in team meetings and on-call rotations

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN diploma or RN degree from a recognized institution
• Valid First Aid or CPR certification
