As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly committed Immigration Consultant to join our Windsor office.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced Immigration Consultant who is passionate about Canadian immigration and committed to delivering a high standard of client service.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of relevant immigration experience, strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage a diverse caseload.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, understands the responsibility involved in handling immigration matters, and is committed to supporting clients throughout their immigration journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and assess eligibility for various Canadian immigration pathways.
- Provide clear, accurate, ethical, and practical immigration advice based on individual client circumstances.
- Prepare, review, and manage immigration applications across multiple categories, including permanent residence, work permits, study permits, family sponsorship,
visitor visas, super visas, business immigration, and citizenship.
- Review supporting documents, application forms, and submissions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Identify potential concerns, risks, and gaps in applications and recommend appropriate strategies.
- Manage client files from initial assessment through submission and follow-up.
- Respond professionally and promptly to client inquiries and provide regular case updates.
- Assist with complex cases, previous refusals, reconsideration matters, and other immigration-related issues where applicable.
- Stay current with changes to Canadian immigration legislation, regulations, policies, programs, and procedural requirements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes, documentation, deadlines, and digital client records.
- Collaborate closely with case processing teams, administrative staff, and management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Canadian immigration services or immigration case management.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Demonstrated experience handling a variety of immigration application categories.
- RCIC licence or other recognized immigration practitioner credential is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to assess complex client situations and provide practical immigration strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to application accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple active files, competing priorities, and deadlines.
- Professional, dependable, responsible, and committed to long-term growth within the organization.
- Strong client-service mindset with empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking full ownership of assigned files.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive client information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, digital documentation, and case management systems.
