About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's financial strategy, operational performance, and systems transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all accounting and finance operations across multiple entities and international business units, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance. Additionally, the Head of Finance will partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, strengthen internal controls, and lead process improvements, ERP optimization, and finance automation initiatives.





Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company must have a CPA designation and a minimum of 10 years' progressive accounting and finance experience, with a proven track record of leadership in managing finance teams. Experience in multi-entity or international organizations, a strong background in financial reporting, and advanced skills in Excel and financial analysis are essential. The role requires a hands-on, commercially minded finance leader with strong communication skills, capable of partnering across all levels of the business. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or global operations is considered a solid asset. The Head of Finance will also be expected to develop KPI dashboards, manage relationships with auditors and external advisors, and identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
