As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, calibration, certification, troubleshooting, and repairs of industry-related products at customer sites across the GTA. You will also configure and program interfaces between control devices, resolve first-line customer service issues, complete service documentation accurately, and lead equipment modernization and upgrade efforts.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on X‑Rays, Metal Detectors and Checkweighers at customer sites, following established procedures and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and support installations, projects, and repairs as needed.
- Ensure customer uptime requirements are met and that PM work at assigned accounts is completed on time.
- Complete system configuration and testing prior to delivery.
- Provide technical solutions consulting and application support to the customer and the sales force.
- Resolve first‑line customer complaints and invoicing problems.
- Maintain your company vehicle and assigned parts inventory in a clean, organized, and compliant manner.
