In this position, you will work closely with internal and external partners to design and execute crucial security programs. You’ll be responsible for analyzing performance data and generating insights that contribute to strategic planning. Your ability to foster relationships will be key in ensuring effective implementation of safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and recommend security program solutions
• Analyze data to track performance and address issues
• Assist with strategic initiatives and stakeholder collaboration




• Lead the onboarding of contingent security staff
• Create detailed communication and change management plans
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with security management
• Strong knowledge of safety and health regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
