In this pivotal role at SIIT, you will support day-to-day operations and ensure the successful delivery of learning experiences and gatherings. Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute administrative tasks, communicate effectively with participants, and maintain records. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for retreats and training sessions
• Manage venue selection and event supplies




• Communicate with internal and external partners
• Oversee registration and participant attendance
• Develop materials for training sessions and workshops
Requirements:
• Business post-secondary degree and 3+ years related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
• Knowledge of First Nations cultures is an asset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport
• Solid relationship-building skills
