Your role involves developing and executing strategies that ensure successful technology integration and sustained performance improvement. You will facilitate cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies and technology effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:



• Act as the owner of mining technology systems • Manage and implement a digital transformation strategy • Develop the Technology Roadmap for site operations • Oversee technology project implementation • Engage with stakeholders for technology solution delivery

Requirements: • 7+ years in leadership roles in mining operations • In-depth knowledge of automation and dispatch systems • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects • Solid stakeholder communication skills • Ability to manage change effectively
