With 3+ years of experience in event management, you will coordinate critical services, overview gate supervisors, and address diverse challenges promptly, all while engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a contact for Fan Services Operations
• Manage Gate Supervisors with necessary equipment
• Deploy and oversee Fan Operations volunteers
• Ensure fans have critical event information
• Collaborate with Accessibility teams for service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years in event management or operations
• Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective interpersonal communication abilities
• Proficiency in English; other languages a plus
