- 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Cassandra DB, Cosmos DB, and other NoSQL database platforms in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in database installation, configuration, performance tuning, replication, clustering, backup/recovery, and high-availability architectures.
- Experience managing mission-critical production environments with a focus on scalability, reliability, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based and distributed database architectures, including performance optimization and capacity planning.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex database issues, perform root cause analysis, and support incident, problem, and change management processes within ITIL environments.
- Experience collaborating with application,



infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure seamless database operations and platform stability.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools for operational efficiency, along with strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
