About the Role
The Company is in search of a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its philanthropic efforts in support of health care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, and philanthropic leadership, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to advance the Foundation's mission. This role involves leading the development and execution of the Foundation's strategic vision, strengthening and expanding philanthropic support, and fostering meaningful partnerships. The CEO will also be tasked with supporting effective governance, inspiring a team committed to innovation and community impact, and ensuring the Foundation's continued investment in health care.
The ideal CEO for the company will be a respected and relationship-focused executive with a proven track record in senior leadership, preferably in the not-for-profit, health care, philanthropic, or corporate sectors. They should be recognized for their ability to take on challenges, build high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable organizational growth. The role requires an exceptional communicator with strong business acumen, capable of engaging with diverse audiences, and an authentic, values-driven leader committed to the mission of transforming health care through philanthropy. The CEO will be expected to position the Foundation for growth and influence in a rapidly evolving health care workplace, and to be a chief ambassador, representing the organization with integrity and vision.
