Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program operations and staff management
• Support and lead program staff across multiple sites
• Manage administrative tasks for program effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
• Maintain site materials and equipment in top condition
Requirements:
• Completed Secondary School (Grade X)
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• One year of related experience
• Strong communication skills with youth
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
