About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and planning. The successful candidate will be the primary financial visionary, aligning financial strategies with business goals, and will work closely with the executive team to drive profitability, sustainable growth, and execute expansion initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading financial planning and analysis, delivering financial presentations, overseeing financial reporting, and managing tax and governance. The role also involves treasury and risk management, as well as leading and developing the finance and accounting team.





Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a CPA designation and/or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, including 5-7 years in senior management, is required. Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related industries is essential, with a deep understanding of construction-specific financial principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-level strategy, complex financial planning, and leading companies through growth phases. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel modeling is necessary, as is the ability to mentor and develop a finance team.
