This role involves conducting site inspections, advising on safety management systems, and supporting site leadership in safety meetings. You'll also develop Job Hazard Analysis documents and lead incident investigations, enhancing workplace safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and meet with field supervisors
• Advise on Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System




• Monitor jurisdictional regulatory compliance
• Coordinate protected work procedures and hazard assessments
• Support leadership in safety meetings and toolbox talks
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or mining
• CRSP or related certification mandatory
• Strong technical knowledge of construction practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
