In this position, you will report to the Facilities Manager and work diligently to maintain grounds across various properties managed by Deveraux. With at least two years of landscaping experience, you will use tools and machinery to deliver superior landscaping results and ensure compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lawn maintenance activities like mowing and fertilizing
• Operate snow removal equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of properties and prepare for seasonal changes




• Plan and undertake minor landscaping tasks and repairs
• Service landscaping equipment and tools regularly
Requirements:
• 2 years' experience preferred in landscaping
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required (Class 3 an asset)
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend work
