As the Spa Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to make the first impression with each spa guest, assisting them in booking treatments and selecting products that match their needs.
Responsibilities
- Make the first impression with each spa guest.
- Assist guests in booking treatments and selecting products.
- Ensure a pristine and luxurious spa environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team player, flexible, detail oriented.
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
