What will you do?
- Provide world class client service to our valued clients
- Manage and enhance client relationships through executing the investment and wealth strategies of the IA as well as engaging financial planning and other wealth management resources of the team and RBC DS more broadly
- Effective client communications (written and verbal), by phone, e‑mail, and in‑person
- Nurture and manage valuable relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) and RBC partners.
- Help build and execute business plans, Wealth Management objectives and client service plans.
- Support the IA by identifying and assisting growth of new business opportunities
- Event planning
What do you need to succeed?
Must‑have
- 5-10 years of experience in the investment field.
- Approval as a Registered Representative with CIRO
- Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT)
- University degree
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
Nice‑to‑have
- 4 years or more of professional experience within the investment industry
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Highly developed client service skills

$38,000.00- $60,000.00 – The expected pay range for this position is inclusive of variable incentives up to 1.5× salary. RBC supports pay transparency and strives to ensure that all pay ranges are competitive, fair, and equitable.
