About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead its digital health portfolio. The successful candidate will be a senior executive with a proven track record in digital health and information technology, capable of driving large-scale digital operations, modernization initiatives, and enterprise transformation. This role is pivotal in advancing the organization's digital strategy, with a focus on primary care digital transformation,
clinical information system integration, enterprise data services, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, AI and automation enablement, and the virtualization of care. The CDO will be responsible for a substantial budget and a large team, and must be adept at building strong partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, including government, providers, clinicians, and vendors.
As the CDO, the ideal candidate will be a collaborative and influential leader, recognized for their ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence. They will play a central role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery, ensuring a more connected, integrated, and secure digital setting.
