Join American Iron & Metal as a Skilled AZ Driver and enhance our transportation capabilities. You'll transport metal materials securely while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.
This role is crucial for our Transportation team, starting daily at 6:00 am from Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include operating an AZ-class truck, loading and unloading metal materials, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Accurate documentation and inspections will also be part of your daily duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive AZ-class truck for metal material transport
• Safely load and unload materials to prevent damage
• Carry out tarping tasks as needed
• Conduct routine inspections of the truck
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records
Requirements:
• Valid AZ driver's license with clean driving record
• Experienced with 18-speed manual transmission
• At least 2 years as an AZ Driver
• Physically capable of performing loading tasks
• Knowledge of metal recycling is a plus
