- Ensure Appian platform stability through RCA, AI-assisted diagnostics, and continuous improvement.
- Resolve complex L2/L3 issues using AI Ops, predictive monitoring, and intelligent automation.
- Drive problem management with self-healing mechanisms and AI-enabled root cause resolution.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and capacity using AI-driven insights.
- Manage releases and changes following CoE governance and AI-based risk validation.
- Contribute to Appian CoE standards, reusable components, and platform governance.
- Design and integrate AI/GenAI solutions (IDP, NLP, Chatbots, Decisioning) for intelligent automation.
- Promote AI-assisted development, hyperautomation, and AI-enabled knowledge management.
- Mentor teams on Appian, AI adoption, CoE best practices, security, and responsible AI.
- Provide leadership with system health, risk, and optimization updates.
