Bar Prima is an Italian-focused restaurant on Queen West, Toronto, with a menu built on classic techniques, quality ingredients, and thoughtful execution. The kitchen produces both à la carte and tasting menus, with a solid focus on consistency and detail.

We're currently looking for a Full-Time Pasta Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.

Who You Are

- Passionate about fresh pasta and quality ingredients
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining consistency
- A team player who communicates clearly and respectfully
- Eager to learn and continuously improve your craft
- Culinary diploma or formal training is an asset

What You'll Do

- Prepare fresh pasta, doughs, fillings, and sauces according to recipes and quality standards
- Complete daily prep lists to ensure the kitchen is ready for service
- Maintain consistency in portioning, quality, and presentation




- Work closely with the Chef team to support smooth kitchen operations
- Keep your station organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the day
- Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen professionalism
