As a SCADA Control Room Operator, you play a vital role in maintaining efficiencies across our pipeline and terminal systems. Reporting to the Control Centre Lead, you will utilize advanced technology to monitor operations and tackle any issues that arise. This role offers flexibility by allowing you to work from either Estevan, SK, or Cromer, MB, while supporting our commitment to safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee real-time pipeline monitoring using SCADA
• Identify and resolve operational discrepancies swiftly
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations




• Collaborate with teams for operational improvements
• Review system changes and manage work orders
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma; technical diploma is beneficial
• 2+ years in oil and gas; control room experience is an asset
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate MS-Office proficiency; database experience is a plus
