Position Overview The Sales Strategy & Planning Manager is responsible for driving strategic planning, performance analytics, and business insights that enable profitable growth across the sales organization. This role partners closely with the VP WWS SSE, CRO Chief of Staff, COO Chief of Staff Strategy Team, Sales Finance, FP&A, Industry Strategy teams, and Sales Leadership to align growth priorities, develop annual and long-range plans, and provide actionable insights that support executive decision-making.ResponsibilitiesPartner with cross functional teams to align annual sales planning objectives and growth prioritiesConsolidate sales and industry strategic plans into a unified view of growth opportunities and investment prioritiesProgram Manage annual sales planning with structure and data-driven recommendationsDevelop and manage sales productivity metrics, performance reporting, and productivity-per-head analysesAnalyze quota attainment, overlay effectiveness, and sales coverage ratios across roles, geographies, and business segmentsConduct ad hoc business analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate revenue impacts of strategic decisionsBuild financial and operational models supporting resource allocation and workforce planningAnalyze pipeline health, conversion performance, and sales funnel effectiveness using CRM and reporting toolsCreate executive presentations and strategic communications that clearly articulate findings, risks, and recommendationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred8+ years of experience in sales strategy, business planning, finance, sales operations, consulting, or related analytical rolesExperience supporting annual planning, forecasting, revenue modeling, and business performance reviewsExperience working in a complex technology, software,



or SaaS environment preferredStrong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilitiesExpertise translating complex data into actionable business insightsExcellent financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skillsStrong executive communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignmentDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomesExperience influencing senior leaders through data-driven recommendationsStrong organizational and project management skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence toolsExperience with Salesforce (SFDC) and enterprise reporting solutionsFamiliarity with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent analytics platformsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong business judgment and decision-making capabilitiesHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to business successSalary Transparency For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,400 and $248,050. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $120,000 and $176,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
