Join our team as a Laboratory Technicianand support our client in the Oil and Gas industry. This is a full-time contract position in Kitimat, BC , Canada.

Role Overview

- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on samples.
- Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accurate data generation and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Document and maintain accurate records of test results and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
- Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in laboratory technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in laboratory analysis and wet chemistry.




- Computer-literate with the ability to use analytical instruments and quality control systems.
- Robust knowledge of wet chemistry, quality control systems, and analytical instruments.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
