Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor transit operators to excel
• Track and report key performance indicators regularly
• Manage route detours and coordinate special events
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies
• Oversee investigations of transit incidents or complaints
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant operational leadership
• Comprehensive understanding of transit and safety regulations
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to foster a team-oriented setting
• Must hold a valid Alberta Class 2 Driver's licence
