Our client is expanding their Commercial Lending team and looking for an Associate Director of Special Loans. You will manage a portfolio of challenging loans, focusing on evaluation, strategy development, and execution in alignment with senior stakeholders. Your expertise in restructuring and strong communication will be essential as you navigate complex situations for real estate investment resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Review and assess current mortgage loan structures • Provide insights to Mortgage Credit Committee on transactions • Resolve underperforming loan files with tailored strategies • Coordinate restructuring execution with internal stakeholders • Own portfolio reporting, updating senior stakeholders regularly

Requirements: • 3-5 years in restructuring or related advisory roles • CPA designation required, LIT designation preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
