About the Role

The Company is in search of a President and CEO to lead its philanthropic efforts in support of community-based healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction for all fundraising and operational activities, with a focus on an ambitious capital campaign to support the development of a new hospital. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of comprehensive fundraising programs, including major gifts, planned giving, community campaigns, and special events. The President and CEO will work closely with the Hospital's senior leadership, board, donors, and community partners to ensure alignment with healthcare priorities and to foster a culture of philanthropy and donor engagement.





Applicants for the President and CEO position at the company should be accomplished fundraising leaders with a proven track record in capital campaign and major gift development.
