Business Systems Analyst – Murex Reporting (Capital Markets)

Location: Toronto, ON

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements for Murex reporting and data extraction.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Liaise between business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
- Perform data mapping, impact analysis, and requirement traceability.
- Support SIT/UAT, defect management, and reporting validation.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and Agile project delivery.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience with Murex Reporting, Murex DataMart, or WSS ION .




- Robust knowledge of reporting, data extraction, data mapping, and data lineage.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with SIT/UAT , defect tracking, vendor coordination, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, or Regulatory Reporting.
- Experience with reporting migration, transformation, or rationalization initiatives.
