About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance & Administration to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the strategic leadership, stewardship, and management of the company's financial and corporate services. This role is pivotal in providing oversight for financial administration, corporate strategic planning, performance reporting, human resources, information technology, contract administration, office administration, enterprise risk, privacy, and regulatory compliance. The Vice President will also be responsible for advising the CEO and Board on financial performance, organizational oversight, governance, and business transformation,



and will lead the annual strategic and business planning processes.

Applicants for the Vice President, Finance & Administration position at the company should be accomplished financial leaders with a finance or accounting designation, and potentially an MBA.
