Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you'll interact directly with patients while executing various clinic responsibilities. This role emphasizes customer service, including registering patients, assisting with procedures, and performing necessary medical tests. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and register patients upon arrival
• Support physicians during patient procedures
• Conduct diagnostic testing as directed by physicians




• Schedule and notify patients of their appointments
• Complete documentation accurately after medical procedures
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma from an accredited practical nursing program
• Valid registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta
• Minimum one year in customer service
• Preferred experience with Med Access software
• Strong organizational and clinical skills
