Key Responsibilities:
• Operate R&D; and production equipment per SOPs
• Perform sample testing including transmittance and reflectance measurements
• Assist in repairs and modifications of equipment




• Collaborate with engineers on data processing and reporting
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Degree in Science/Engineering
• Excellent hands-on skills and process optimization knowledge
• Solid organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work across various shifts
• Experience with vacuum equipment is a plus
