Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst - Content Creator for a 12-month contract opportunity, with strong potential for extension and conversion to full-time. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 2‑3 days per week at a downtown Toronto office. The role focuses on creating engaging social media content, managing content calendars, and driving brand growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create and produce engaging video and static content across social media platforms

Develop content aligned with brand voice, campaigns, and marketing objectives

Manage and maintain a structured content calendar in collaboration with internal teams

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short‑form video content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok

Design visually compelling graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

Write engaging captions, headlines, and social copy tailored to different audiences

Monitor social media trends and continuously optimize content strategy

Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective content delivery

Must‑Have Requirements





2–5 years of experience in content creation or social media roles

Proven experience creating content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or similar

Solid skills in video editing and graphic design (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva)

Portfolio showcasing content creation work

Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Nice‑to‑Have

Agency experience

Strong copywriting skills

French language proficiency

Understanding of regional markets (e.g., Quebec)

Experience within large enterprise or regulated environments
